*Gift vouchers are available for purchase and make a thoughtful gift for anyone in need of wellness and relaxation. All vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
Expiry: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Expiry dates are final and cannot be extended.
Booking: It is advised to book your appointment as early as possible to ensure availability within the voucher's validity period.
Usage: Vouchers are redeemable against any in-person treatment offered by OM but cannot be used toward health coaching packages, courses, or digital resources.
Redemption: The unique gift card code must be entered at the time of booking to deduct the voucher value from the total. Failure to input the code during booking may result in full payment being required.
Cash Value: Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other vouchers.
Partial Redemptions: If the value of the treatment is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date.
Lost Vouchers: We are unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers, so please store them securely.
No-Show or Late Cancellation: If a voucher is used to secure a booking and you fail to attend or cancel outside the policy window, the voucher will be marked as redeemed.
