Hi, I’m Liv - Owner of OM
I’ve loved the human body for as long as I can remember, so after my A Levels, I trained in sports massage to help people feel better. Nine years later, that’s still my favourite part of my job.
With a BSc in Applied Sport, Health and Exercise and an MSc in Public Health, I don’t just treat soft tissue. I help you spot the small lifestyle changes that make a big difference.
I specialise in back, neck and shoulder discomfort, offering focused treatments in my calm Hoveton studio. My favourite treatment to give is a full-body deep tissue massage with a serenity scalp ritual and aroma oil add-ons. It’s thorough, relaxing, and restorative.
My goal? Empower you to maintain progress at home, so you only need to come in for maintenance treatments. Together, we’ll create a plan that keeps you feeling your best long-term.
