Soft Tissue Therapy for Injuries & Ongoing Discomfort

Suitable for anyone, treating a wide range of injuries, conditions, muscular imbalance and poor posture. Soft tissue therapy incorporates specific soft and deep tissue techniques to help alleviate pain through focused and localised touch. Providing a positive physiological response within the body.

Each treatment is individually tailored, working on your specific pain-points or muscle group causing concern. Treatments incorporate various soft tissue and massage techniques, such as Myofascial release, Soft Tissue Release (STR), Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Trigger Point therapy (TPT) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).

A thorough Holistic Consultation, Postural and Functional assessment will take place prior to hands-on treatment. You can read more in the FAQ section below.

You may be suffering from back pain, tension headaches, muscular strain, ligament strains or sporting injuries to name a few. Perhaps you’re simply after a treatment to accompany your workout routine, or are using this as a maintenance treatment.

You do not have to play a sport or have incurred an sporting injury to benefit from a soft tissue massage. You may be a professional or just champion of the Office-Olympics!

Soft tissue therapy is not a one-treatment fix to long-term conditions. A treatment plan and preventative care will be discussed with you. It also cannot cure chronic illnesses and should not replace medical treatment. If you’re suffering any long-term health concerns or conditions, it is always advised to consult with your GP prior to booking a treatment. Treatment may be refused for your safety.

Assisted Clinical Stretch Therapy

If you’re longing for a deeper stretch than you can achieve on your own, Assisted Clinical Stretching is the solution. Combining expert guidance with manual stretching techniques to help your body achieve optimal flexibility, improve range of motion, and accelerate recovery. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or someone focused on enhancing mobility and overall wellness, this therapy is tailored to meet your specific needs.

During each session, you’ll be gently guided through a series of stretches targeting key muscle groups. Your job? To lay back, and relax. Feel the heated couch soothe your muscles and blissful music fill your soul whilst somebody else stretches you out. You couldn’t stretch like this on your own. Assisted clinical stretching works with you at your own pace and within your comfort limits - ensuring you feel supported throughout.

Unlike traditional stretching, Assisted Clinical Stretching offers hands-on assistance, allowing you to relax deeply into each stretch for a more effective release of tension. This not only enhances flexibility but also promotes better circulation, posture, and muscle function - contributing to a more balanced and healthy body.

Assisted Clinical Stretch Therapy is ideal for:

  • Injury Recovery: Speed up recovery by increasing blood flow and mobility in affected areas.

  • Tension Relief: Alleviate chronic muscle tightness, particularly in areas prone to stress.

  • Flexibility and Mobility Improvement: Lengthen muscles and improve range of motion for better performance and overall health.

  • Posture Correction: Focus on stretching specific muscles to improve alignment and reduce strain on joints.

  • Stress Relief and Relaxation: Experience deep relaxation as physical tension melts away, helping to reduce mental stress.

Or simply, to accompany your massage routine and feel stretched without doing the work.

The benefits of Assisted Clinical Stretch Therapy go beyond immediate relief. Regular sessions help prevent injuries, boost athletic performance and keep your body feeling strong and youthful. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to prevent one, or simply want to feel more mobile and relaxed, this therapy offers a personalised approach to support your journey toward better physical health.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Your range of motion will be assessed, and areas of tightness will be identified so we can design a session specifically addressing your concerns.

The perfect choice if you’re looking to unlock greater mobility, enhanced relaxation, and a more resilient body.
