Hi, I’m Liv. Founder of OM
I’m your Wellness Specialist, dedicated to helping you and your family embrace balanced health, recovery, and vitality.
I’m also a Public Health Professional and Injury Treatment Specialist, with over eight years experience.
I combine personalised treatments and coaching to support both your immediate well-being and long-term health goals.
From injury recovery to building sustainable wellness habits, I offer tailored “build your own” treatments designed to help you feel your best and stay active. My approach integrates the science of public health with nature-inspired wellness, ensuring that every session is aligned with your unique needs and lifestyle.

I focus on empowering families to understand the reasons behind healthy choices, not just following instructions. By integrating behaviour change strategies, nutrition education, physical activity, and therapeutic massage - I help create sustainable improvements in overall health and wellbeing.
With a special passion for working with children of all abilities, including those with additional needs, I take the time to understand each family’s unique needs. My goal is to make health and wellness both accessible and enjoyable, from improving sleep and nutrition to enhancing movement and recovery.
Whether it’s addressing fussy eating, boosting physical activity, or offering targeted treatments for stress relief and recovery, I’m here to support your family on your wellness journey.
A Little About Me
My journey in health and wellness has been shaped by a love of research and a passion for supporting children and families. I hold a MSc in Public Health, where I focused on childhood obesity, along with a BSc in Applied Sport, Health, and Exercise.
I’ve worked in the NHS, implementing behaviour change, nutrition education, and physical activity to make a difference to kids and their families.
After completing my A levels, I became a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and founded OM. I’ve been lucky enough to take this across the UK and abroad, helping people recover from injuries and stay active.
When I’m not helping families, you’ll likely find me outdoors, paddleboarding, rowing, hiking or researching my next destination to swim with sharks (yes, really!). Oh and I can’t resist a day at the beach.
I currently live in Norwich, England.
I’ve always been committed to making a positive change, whether that’s through sports coaching or supporting families who want to improve their health but don’t know where to start.
