Rescheduling & Cancelling

All reschedules or cancellations must be requested via email and must give at least 2 working days’ notice. Requests received after this will be treated as a late cancellation, and the appointment cost will be retained.

Rescheduling should only be requested if you are confident you can attend the new appointment. Cancellation of a rescheduled appointment may result in retention of the full session fee.
