These products are digital downloads with instant access to video content and supporting materials immediately after purchase.

Under UK consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by purchasing this product, you agree to waive your right to a refund once access to the digital content has been provided. This is due to the nature of instantly accessible digital downloads, which cannot be returned or “unconsumed”.

For this reason, refunds are not available once the product has been delivered, as we are unable to verify whether the content has been accessed or viewed.
